It works, But definitely low budget.
I purchased two 22 inch monitors model number 221V8LN. These both monitors have a washed out picture quality, it is quite poor even next to my 5 year old laptop screen. They are extremely light weight and easy to assemble. The buttons on the bottom of the monitor are cheap plastic with exposed PCB board below, It has been a long time since I have seen a button with such cheap design. After testing both monitors, they do work and will suffice for my office area, however, set your expectations low on these. I connect to both using HDMI.

Works great as a third monitor for working
I needed a large third monitor that would display crisp text yet handle some wild nature shots as a backdrop. I also need a SVGA connector with the flexibility of a HDMI due to limitations with my dock. And the cost had to be reasonable as this was coming out of my own pocket.This monitor meets all my needs. Only reason for 4 starts is the connectors come straight out of the back at 90 degrees. I prefer the ones the connect underneath and hang straight down. But the connector choice did not stop me from purchasing this display which has worked out terrific.

Lightweight stand may tip over
This monitor is cheap and seems ok for the price. The colors seem a little off compared to the laptop. Beware of the stand. It’s very light and the monitor could top forward. Mine did and it fell onto the floor and now has a nice little scratch.
