I have an 1100 sq ft condo with a substandard community Wi-Fi. Only decent signal was in the living room.Bought this out of desperation and watched a YouTube video to install it . Viola’ now I have decent coverage in the front of the condo.
This little cute wall robot looking extender works amazingly.I bought this because I didn’t want to rewire and Ethernet around the whole house just for my room. I put this bad boy in the wall, connected my Ethernet and it lit up like a Christmas tree. I am able to play PubG, Apex, and Rocket League with ZERO lag or packet loss.The only issue I had was while setting it up through their website. I could not for the love of technology get the extenders network to allow me onto their own website. Eventually I went into my computer settings and changed the IP and then it worked fine.10/10 would recommend for anyone too lazy to wire an Ethernet!!
I had bad Wi-Fi for my ps4 and it would shut off and reconnect to the internet and my friend suggested that I should get this, I used it and it worked and I never lagged not a single bit and I was happy. Worth every single penny. It may not be the fastest internet but at least I’m not reconnecting to the internet hundreds of times.

If I want to use an Ethernet Cable with my laptop in the bedroom there is an Ethernet Port on the side of the AC1200 Extender to plug into. Some Extenders I reviewed before buying this one don’t have that feature. You can’t go wrong with this model. Works great. And if your a member of Amazon Prime you’ll get it in 2 days. I would suggest calling their technical support staff if you have any issues. Be warry of websites that look like they are associated with mywifiext.net….. they will try to convince you to allow access to you pc remotely! Do not!
