I’m giving this 5 stars. Mostly because it’s $15, and it worked fine for me.However I have one possible caveat. I hung a 43” TV which has a 300 x 300 mm VESA mount. I wanted it centered on a wall between two doors. The bracket needs to be installed into studs, and the two studs available to me were not centered. In other words, when the wall bracket was installed, it was about 4” closer to one door than the other.The bracket is essentially three pieces – 2 hanging strips with hooks that attached to the TV, and the wall bracket itself. Once the strips are attached to the TV, the hooks allow it to be hung from the wall bracket. Since my VESA mounts were 300 mm (about 12”) there was room to slide the TV 4-inches to the left or right. So even though the bracket was not centered on the wall, I WAS able to center the TV.The caveat is this probably can’t be done with a larger TV that uses a 400 x XXX mm VESA mount. That’s close to 16-inches which is the size of the wall bracket. And therefore there is no room to slide the TV right or left. So if the bracket isn’t centered, neither will be the TV.There are ways around this – such as mounting a piece of plywood to the wall studs and then mounting the bracket to the plywood – but it does make the installation a bit more challenging.As I said, it worked fine for me, but YMMV.
I installed this in just a few minutes! It’s sturdy and holds my 55″ TV up just fine. I couldn’t find my socket wrench, so I just put the tip into my power drill and it was way faster anyway. It wasn’t super easy lifting my TV up this high, but I wanted the TV up high to watch in bed. This saves so much space in my bedroom and now I can move my TV stand into my spare bedroom. For the price, definitely worth it!
Easy to mount on the wall 4 screws and your done
mount works great, very cheap and easy to install. The only thing that it does not come with are drywall anchors and screws. it comes with concreate bolts which should not be used for drywall but can be confusing……. Mount is great i would purchase another but make sure you know what type of anchor to use for drywall etc as some TVS can be heavy. Also a stud finder is your friend, make sure you are going into a stud at least on one side of the mount….
I found the wall mount to be an easy job to install. While I had someone else to do it for me,there were no complaints and it was a simple job.
